I expect to purchase again from Onlinecarpet.com.au and have already recommended the site to colleagues.

It was important to be able to visit the show room and check that the product I thought I was buying was in fact what I was getitng. initially i had concerns that the product might have been inferior or a poor copy but was delighted not only with the product but the service provided by Justin. The final product was slightly darker than the sample but this is okay. I was also happy that the carpet laying was guaranteed

Yes, I have been sent the wrong colour carpet. That was the only down side of my experience which was unexpected and as a result we had conflicting situation with the carpet installers but overall the service was good and the problem was solved promptly by the people in Kogarah NSW office. Adrian and Brooke were fantastic in helping us solving our problem.

Overall, very happy with the whole process. Justin was extremely helpful and understanding of our multiple delays with installation. My only issue was with the laying of carpet. The carpet chosen was almost black and the installer didnt seem to care that he was tracking WHITE plaster dust from the surrounding floor areas onto the new carpet, even after we asked him to use the offcuts of carpet outside the rooms to perhaps wipe his feet.....but I underastand that this part of the job may be seperate to the actual ordering side of onlinecarpet.com.au which went very smoothly! thanx:)
